RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days from delivery
Items must have all original tags
Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed
Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition without postal labels
Orders delivered home can be returned by carrier or in selected ECCO stores
Orders picked up in store can be returned in selected ECCO stores.
Orders purchased in ECCO store can only be returned in selected ECCO stores.
How to return items delivered by carrier?
By carrier: In the package containing your items you can find also return label and return form. If you don’t have the return documents, we recommend to make the return in selected ECCO stores or to follow instruction below. In case of additional questions, please contact ECCO Customer Care at customercare@eu.ecco.com Step 1: Complete the return form by marking the appropriate box with the reason for your return. If you don’t have the return form, please proceed to step 4. The return form is not mandatory for the return to be processed. Step 2: Place the return form inside the box with the item. Step 3: Send this form with the items you wish to return. Step 4: Stick the prepaid return label on your box (Please do not stick the prepaid return label on the original shoe box) Step 5: Deliver the package to the closest Parcel Point (EVRI), Parcel Force.
Please note that we do not offer home collection for returns. Please note that ECCO does not offer refunds for the Express shipping fee if this option is selected.
To the ECCO store: Deliver your package to the closest ECCO store. In case of items purchased online, you’ll need to have your order number (SO-XXXXXX) ready to give to the store staff. The order number can be found in the order confirmation e-mail.
Returns may take time
It can take approximately 10-16 business days for us to receive your return to our warehouse in Poland. We strongly encourage you to use our prepaid return label included in the parcel. When you return an item, it is important to write down the tracking number of your return label. This number serves as your receipt in case your return is lost during transport.
You will be notified via email when we have received your return package. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment up to 2-10 business days, as soon as we have received your return package in the warehouse. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Please note
If you do not use the provided prepaid return label, you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse.
If you receive a defective/wrong item or a damaged parcel with missing items, we need photographic evidence of this. Please send a photo to us at customer care so we can investigate further.
Items that show signs of use such as: washing, cleaning, dirt, stains, creases, scratch marks are being returned at sender’s risk and are not subject to an automatic return process.
